- ¾-1 ounce Shrub Drinks Pear & Ginger Shrub
- 2 ounces St. George or other London gin
- ¼ to ½ Ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- Juice of ¼ fresh lemon
- 1 swath of lemon zest
Add
first four ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain
into chilled coupe and garnish with lemon swath, twisted to release oils and
dropped into glass.
